Take a break! :)

The greatest gift you can give yourself is a little bit of your own attention! – Anthony J D’Angelobreak

In our non-stop and absolutely busy life, the question that I ask myself sometimes – Who has time for whom?

But the true question is – Do we have time for ourselves?

Commitments and targets and responsibilities… That’s each one’s excuse in today’s life for not giving time to oneself.

Well, for a healthy living, a healthy and happy mind is needed. And so, although everyone knows this fact, how many of us really do anything about it?

It’s only after I moved to Germany, did I realize that spending time with yourself, your loved ones is absolutely necessary for an exponential development.

Well cycle of fulfilling one or other need never ends, but time keeps shortening. Before it’s out, why not grasp it and make something worthwhile out of it!

So having said that, start giving minimum 10 minutes to just you and feel the difference!

Stay happy and spread the vibe! 🙂

    Hello Charu,
    It’s very beautifully written 🙂
I exactly felt the same when I first moved to the UK. Initially I had some health issues, felt lonely but later I started enjoying and still enjoying.
It’s it funny how we learn so many things in a process just by having faith in ourselves.
I started cooking proper Indian food and later realized there was chef hidden somewhere inside me. Tried to make Bissibelle bath, but not succeeded but, I will 🙂
I always wanted to write a blog but always procrastinated but, now after seeing your blog, I got little motivated 🙂
I will soon start writing my own blog.
    Thanks for the post.

“It’s only after I moved to Germany, did I realize that spending time with yourself, your loved ones is absolutely necessary for an exponential development.” You nailed it right there. So all of us Indian Students face this loneliness bout right. Spending time with Bhagawad Gita and talking to close friends and family also helped me. I also like to go to the local Iskcon temple Apart from that I have been so busy, more busy then I ever was in India. In India I used to think that in Germany I would have a laid back chilled life ,but I was totally wrong. I became double busy.Life brings all kinds of experiences. In Germany we are forced to spend time with ourselves which we never did in India. And sometimes the experience of spending time with ourselves can be unpleasant. Its like your character is being shown to you in a mirror. Exploring your self and developing your spiritual quotient might help a lot. My 2 cents.
